Our recently launched banner advertising programme allows you to present your business, in a very visible way, to our highly targetted website visitors.
Banner advertising suits all types of business, although it is more effective it your advert is placed on a page which is relevant to your business. For example an Estate Agent’s banner would be best placed on one of our Property Listing pages or the Estate Agents directory.
We have two sizes / locations of banner adverts available.
Main Banner Advert
This type of advert is placed at the top left of each page, in one of the main focus areas. Studies by companies such as Eyetrack have shown that this is an area which receives a lot of attention from website visitors.
In order to give our advertisers the best possible exposure and response, we only ever place a single Main Banner Advert on each page.
Unlike many websites, the price for adverts is the same no matter which page you advertise on. This is because we understand that although our home page gets more visitors, the specialised pages on the website have more targeted visitors, in other words they attract the people who are more likely to buy what you are selling
Because of their prominent position, main banner adverts cost 295 euros per month.
Side Banner Advert
As you might imagine, these adverts are placed in the sidebar of each page, to the right of the main content of each page.
While not quite as prominent as a main banner advert at the top of a page, they are still very visible as people read through the page contents.
These adverts come as modules which would be up to 120 pixels high or towers which could be up to 600 pixels high.
We would only have one ‘Tower’ advert on each page and this style would cost 225 euros per month.
We may place up to four ‘Module’ adverts on each page hence the cost comes down to only 95 euros per month.
