Villa Linda is ideally located for a holiday in Costa Teguise, as it is only three minutes walk to the beach. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps up to seven people.
Villa Linda is all on one level and is situated in a very quiet street in the centre of Costa Teguise. There are amenities such as a supermarket close to hand, whilst the resort itself is home to a golf course and a water park.
The villa has three bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, the others have two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms with baths and showers. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. The living room is tastefully furnished with leather sofas and has satellite television, a DVD player, CD midi system and a video.
The outdoor space is enclosed in a walled garden which is fully tiled and terraced. The swimming pool is heated with solar and electric power. Also provided are sunbeds, patio furniture for al-fresco dining and a built-in barbecue to cook on.
Beach towels are provided and there is a mid-week towel change. A linen change, pool clean and maid service are also carried out weekly.
