The Chinijo Marine Reserve
The four islands that make up the Chinijo archipelago have recently been opened up to visitors with a new boat excursion. Alegranza, Montaña Clara, La Graciosa and Roque del Oeste form the rocky promontories that lie off the northern end of Lanzarote which are designated a Marine Reserve. The excursion combines exploring the uninhabited islands of Alegranza and Montaña Clara with the chance to trek or snorkel around La Graciosa. This full day excursion also includes a three course lunch, the ferry journey and transport to and from Orzola.
