With prices starting at a wallet friendly £280 per week for one bedroom accommodation on well appointed complexes in the heart of the resort for the week commencing December 19th.
Las Acacias :: £280 per week
The apartments at Las Acacias are only a five minute stroll from the main beach in Puerto del Carmen and are located in a quiet mostly residential street.
The apartments are located on either the ground floor or the first floor, arranged around the large communal swimming pool and tiled sun bathing terrace. Each apartment has its own terrace or balcony and the internal accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, toaster and kettle and the apartments now also have satellite television (with limited channels). These one bedroom apartments sleep two people and there are three still available over the Christmas period (from December 19th) from £280 for two people sharing.

Salmarina :: £280 per week
The Salmarina apartments are located in Matagorda, only a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and the beach.
Matagorda is an ideal holiday destination for families with young children as it is a peaceful enclave close to a beautiful stretch of golden sand, with plenty of restaurants, bars and facilities close to hand. The accommodation consists of one bedroom bungalows, which can sleep two adults and one child.
The complex has a large pool for adults and a smaller, shallower pool for children. The interior comprises an open-plan living room which opens out onto the sun terrace, kitchen equipped with oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster, a twin bedroom and bathroom. A z-bed or sofabed is provided for the third person.

Buena Pesca :: £375 per week
There are very few apartments in Puerto del Carmen that are situated right next to the sea, Buena Pesca being one of those few in the Old Town area.
The two bedroom apartments can sleep up to four people, with the accommodation comprising two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen divided from the lounge by a breakfast bar. The lounge opens out onto the terrace that overlooks the sea and provides the perfect setting for an aperitif or simply watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. The apartments may present difficulties for those with restricted mobility or young children as they are reached by a number of steps. The two bedroom apartments are still available from £375 for four people sharing over the Christmas period (starting from December 19th).

Harbour Lights :: £475 per week
These modern apartments were constructed in 2007 and as a result have modern conveniences such as a lift and an entry phone. The apartments occupy the first and second floors and are comfortably appointed for self-catering guests.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, whilst the living room has a flat screen television with limited satellite channels. There is one double bedroom and one with twin beds.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the lounge there is a balcony overlooking the harbour, which is an ideal spot for breakfast. The apartments also benefit from off-street parking. Within the immediate vicinity there are numerous bars and restaurants, whilst the nearest beach at Playa Chica is a ten minute walk away. Rubi Apartments:: £465 per week
The views from the balconies and sun terrace at Rubi Apartments are wonderful and look out over the edge of the old town of Puerto del Carmen down to the sea.
The complex is small, with only four apartments and is conveniently located for facilities, with the Biosfera shopping centre only a few minutes stroll away. The apartments are comfortably furnished to provide accommodation for up to four people at a time, with two twin bedrooms.
There is satellite TV with limited channels and a DVD player in the lounge, with doors opening out onto the balcony or terrace. The apartments have connecting doors so that larger groups can easily be accommodated. Prices for four people sharing over the Christmas period are from £465 per week, with two of the apartments still available.
