Villa Elaine
The location of Villa Elaine is ideal for holidaymakers who like to have local amenities close to hand but also want peace and quiet. The road on which the villa is situated is a cul-de-sac, which has no through traffic. A supermarket is only a two minute stroll round the corner, whilst the beach is approximately four minutes walk away. The villa can comfortably accommodate seven people, with a cot or additional bed available on request.
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, whilst the two remaining have twin beds. The main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, whilst a second bathroom is shared by the other bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has large patio doors that open onto the tiled terrace and comes with entertainment facilities, such as satellite television, DVD player and music system. Villa Catalana
Villa Catalana is a stylish modern two storey villa, situated in the corner of a private residential road in Costa Teguise, which is within walking distance of the main beach. The detached property is also extremely private, due to the garden being fully enclosed by a wall. It is a spacious property, with five bedrooms in total and can therefore easily accommodate up to ten people.
The interior is light and airy, with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area that opens onto the patio via French doors. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor and one of the three bathrooms, making it ideal for guests who prefer not to use the stairs. The garden has been planted with tropical trees, including mimosa and mango trees. The pool is heated with a combination of electric and solar power and there is also a Jacuzzi available.
A games room has been stocked with a pool table and darts board, whilst the lounge has satellite television, a DVD player and a music system. A week’s stay at Villa Catalana starts at £880 for four people sharing.

Villa Emma
Villa Emma is situated on the same road as Villa Elaine and therefore offers a similar level of peace and quiet, with amenities only a short walk away. It has a completely walled garden, with a large built-in barbecue, electrically and solar heated swimming pool, alfresco dining area and large sunbathing terrace.
There are four bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, with twin beds in the other three rooms and an additional bed or cot available on request. Meaning that a maximum of nine people can share this villa. Modern conveniences such as a dishwasher and washing machine make self-catering a pleasure in this villa. The cool and comfortable living room is furnished with leather sofas and opens onto the terrace via large patio doors. Villa Rachel offers the same level of accommodation and is just next door, making the two villas the ideal properties for larger groups and families looking to holiday together. Villa Latina
Villa Latina has a distinctly Spanish feel, with a large wooden pergola overlooking the swimming pool. The two storey villa has five bedrooms and can sleep up to twelve people. It is also in a very central location, only a few minutes walk from the main beach at Las Cucharas and the nearest supermarket.
Two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, with a further three upstairs. There are two en-suite bathrooms, one on each floor, with a third bathroom on the upper floor as well. The kitchen and lounge are fully equipped for guests, with a dishwasher and satellite television amongst the facilities on offer.
