Los Techos
This is one of the largest villas available in Puerto del Carmen. It is amply distributed with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, two lounge areas, a separate dining area, a huge kitchen with double ovens and two dishwashers, amongst other features. All of which makes it the ideal accommodation for larger families or groups of friends, with the space to hold up to twelve guests at a time in style and comfort.
The electrically heated pool is surrounded by a sheltered sun terrace, whilst elsewhere in the garden is the gas barbecue, Jacuzzi, covered dining area and numerous sun-loungers. Entertainment facilities include a newly installed Sky satellite TV system. A covered games area houses a pool table and a table tennis table.

Oasis del Risco
The villa is situated in the exclusive area of Puerto del Carmen known as the Risco del Prieto, which hugs the coastline overlooking the old harbour. This particular villa is a unique property in that it was designed by its architect owner as a private residence before it became a holiday rental property.
Arranged over two floors, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for parties of up to six to stay in. Naturally the kitchen comes equipped with all mod cons and there is a separate dining area.
There are two distinct lounge or living areas, one of which is located in a small interior garden packed with tropical plants. An office room is on the ground floor, providing Internet access and there is also a gym with exercise machines and a mirrored wall.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen television, with limited satellite channels and a DVD player. The bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities and in general the whole property is furnished very much as a home from home.
Externally, the exceptionally well-maintained mature gardens form a delightful backdrop to the pool and there are views across the countryside to the mountains of the Atalaya de Femés. The garden is extremely private and is fully equipped with sun-beds and a portable barbecue. An additional secluded sunbathing area opens out from the master bedroom.
