This two storey villa in Playa Blanca offers exceptionally good value accommodation, as it can sleep up to eight people and is available from £550 per week.
Its location on the Puerto Chico complex means that the beach at Playa Flamingo is only a few minutes walk away, whilst there is a large shared swimming pool on site. The apartments and houses are set amongst mature palm trees and tropical planting, with the private garden in front of Puerto Chico 1 shaded by a Brazilian pepper tree and a tall Washingtonia palm.
The interior of the property has been furnished to provide comfortable surroundings for holidaymakers, with an open-plan kitchen-living room on the ground floor that opens out onto the terrace. There is also one bedroom equipped with twin beds on the ground floor and a bathroom.
Upstairs, there is a further twin room, a double bedroom and a room fitted with bunk beds, plus bathroom. A utility room on the ground floor provides washing facilities, whilst the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and oven for those who prefer self-catering. Casa Innismore
With its own private heated pool and gardens, the accommodation at Casa Innismore is ideal for those who prefer to have their own home from home on holiday.
There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and a single but the villa can easily accommodate seven, if needed, with an additional room available as a fourth bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom.
The kitchen has been fully equipped to ensure that self-catering is a pleasure for guests staying at the villa, especially if the large built-in barbecue is used for an al-fresco dinner.

Due to the layout of this villa, it could make the ideal holiday accommodation for two families or a group of friends to stay in. Two of the four bedrooms have their own entrances and separate living area, allowing a degree of privacy for guests. There is also the spacious garden, with a covered dining area, which provides the perfect outdoor space to relax in. Apart from the heated swimming pool, there is also a hot-tub and unusually for Lanzarote, a grass lawn.
The interior of the house consists of four bedrooms, two doubles and two twins, with one of the doubles having an en-suite bathroom. There are three bathrooms in total.
The fully equipped kitchen comes fitted with a dishwasher, alleviating the need for guests to do many household chores during their stay.
The living room is comfortably furnished and is home to the DVD and CD players and the television, which has a family Sky package available. Costa Papagayo 3
The villa at Costa Papagayo 3 offers a peaceful holiday haven, with a large garden complete with heated swimming pool and tiled sun terrace for guests to enjoy sunbathing on. The villa is a bit further from the town centre, approximately a twenty minute walk away, but its quiet location makes up for this.
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a stylish fully fitted kitchen and lounge that opens out onto the garden terrace. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room, meaning that the villa could comfortably hold up to eight guests at a time.
