Restaurants in El Golfo
El Golfo is best known for it´s famous Green Lagoon. But the village also offers a great selection of outdoor eateries – all located right by the ocean. Stroll along the sea front road and take your pick – as all offer an array of freshly caught fish.

Restaurants in Arrieta
With a reputation as the best restaurant in Arrieta, El Almanecer also has a great sea front balcony – so diners can enjoy the sound of the se whilst enjoying a plate of fish.
This family run establishment is very popular, so it is best to book in advance as it can be difficult to get a table, especially at the weekend. Also worth a visit, Casa de la Playa is located at the end of Playa La Garita and has great vistas of both the beach and the surrounding countryside.
Offering tapas and main courses, the menu covers dishes such as garlic prawns, white anchovies and fish croquettes, with occasional specials such as rabbit cooked with dates.

Restaurants in Orzola
Along the waterfront in Orzola there is a good selection of restaurants with views of the sea, close to the Graciosa ferry port. An excellent spot for fish as every menu is packed with a choice of the freshest catches. Bahia de Orzola (0034 928 842 575) and Punta Fariones (0034 928 842 558).
Restaurants in Puerto del Carmen
Terraza Playa is one of the only restaurants in Puerto del Carmen located on the beach. With a menu offering fresh fish, steaks and paella, it is an evocative place to dine, as the ten or so tables sit under palm trees and the lapping of the waves can always be heard. Restaurants in Playa Blanca
Situated close to the ferry port in Playa Blanca, the Rincon Playa commands great views of the Bocaina Straits and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Serving an excellent mixture of international and Spanish dishes, the specials of the day are often dictated by the local catch. Restaurants in Famara
The village of Caleta de Famara hosts a couple of restaurants that offer fantastic views back across to the main beach and the cliffs that overlook the sands. Take the first right when you hit the village and follow the sandy street along – to find Restaurant El Risco and El Sol.
Restaurants in Playa Honda
There are a number of decent restaurants on the seafront promenade in Playa Honda. Several are particularly good for a spot of tapas, especially as there are tables overlooking the wide expanse of sand here. Restaurant Mesana (0034 928 823 665) has both a full range of tapas and mains to choose from and has a lovely terrace overlooking the beach in the shade of a large Canarian palm. Mesana can be found between Calle Mesana and the promenade in Playa Honda, which is at the airport end of the town.
Restaurants in Costa Teguise
Villa Toledo (0034 928 590626) boasts an enviable location, with views of the coconut palm-fringed beach at Playa Bastian. It was once a private home, but was transformed into a restaurant several years ago.
The menu covers all the usual bases, with plenty of fish and meat dishes to choose from. The covered terrace overlooking the sea is well protected from the prevailing wind, so it can be enjoyed all year round. The open garden terrace is attractively lit at night and makes a delightful place to while away the evening.
Restaurants in Arrecife
The picturesque El Charco area of Arrecife boasts a number of restaurants located right by the water. La Puntilla – on the San Gines church side of the lagoon – is a cut above the rest. Offering interesting twists to dishes such as fried goats cheese and tapas of foie gras. With several tables overlooking the boats bobbing in El Charco.
Restaurants in Playa Quemada

In the unspoilt village of Playa Quemada, the restaurant of the same name wins hands down, with its great location right by the shore. Covering a wonderful range of fish dishes, the mixed fish platter for two is recommended. The very secluded nature of this little enclave makes it an ideal place for lunch and a laze on the black beach afterwards.
