Details of the Apartment
This is a very large one bedroom apartment in Punta Mujeres. The lounge diner has a fully fitted open plan kitchen along one wall with a hob and a fridge freezer. There is a small courtyard with a washing machine in it, which provides natural light into the room. The bathroom has a WC, sink and a shower over a mini-bath. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a double bed, again this is a huge room, with light coming from the courtyard. The apartment has access to a shared roof terrace with stunning mountain and sea views.
Location
Punta Mujeres is a small village in the North of Lanzarote. Most of the locals have a small fishing boat and there are many slipways into the sea. The village has a few sea swimming pools, great local restaurants and local supermarket and bakery.
To reserve any long term rental property you normally need to pay two months rent. This consists of the security deposit (normally one month's rent, which is refundable at the end of the term, assuming no damages) and our fee, which is one month's rent plus 5% IGIC (local tax). Your first month's rent then becomes due on the day you move in.
This property has furniture, and kitchen equipment, and bedding. However there is no: microwave, TV, kettle or toaster provided, so you may wish to bring your own or purchase locally.
