Getting married or exchanging vows abroad is becoming an increasingly popular option for many couples. The number of people saying “I do� abroad has jumped a massive 58% since 1998 (according to market research specialists Mintel) – and Lanzarote is proving to be a highly desirable wedding destination choice.
The importance of Lanzarote as a leading wedding destination is reflected in the launch of the islands first major Wedding Show – which will be taking place this Saturday June 9th from 6pm at the Sands Beach Villas Resort in Costa Teguise
The event will feature a whole host of Lanzarote based wedding suppliers, from wedding planners through to cake makers and wedding photographers. Enabling anyone who is thinking about getting married on Lanzarote to browse a full range of services.
The centerpiece of the event will be a fashion show at 7pm – featuring the very best in wedding and formal wear from Migezan, Lanzarote´s leading wedding fashion company.
There will be further entertainment throughout the evening – in the form of live music, a magic show and a BBQ. And anyone attending will be automatically entitled to a 20% discount on the wholesale price of any item from the Migezan bridal or evening wear range.
