La Bocaina

La BocainaFine Modern European dining in a relaxed and stylish setting is the order of the day at this friendly restaurant, located at the entrance to Playa Blanca. British head chef-owners Paul and Nina Ecob use only the freshest ingredients to create a menu of unfussy, classic dishes with a modern twist. Including specialities such as oven roasted chicken breast filled with mozzarella and basil wrapped in smoked bacon and served with a tomato and red pepper compote and whole shoulder of lamb braised in a chorizo, olive, red pepper and tomato sauce.

The Irish Anvil Bar and Restaurant

Situated right on the seafront at Punta Limones, the Irish Anvil Bar and Restaurant is the perfect place to sup a pint of Guinness. An excellent range of homemade food is served all day and during the evening, with an early bird menu on offer between 17.00 - 19.00. From the Irish Anvil breakfast to an assortment of freshly prepared sandwiches and beefburgers to main courses such as Liver, bacon and mash and Cajun chicken. With dishes for vegetarians and a kid's menu too, there is something to suit every palate on the menu.

The spacious interior is also a great place to catch up on the latest sports, with live racing, football, GAA and rugby regularly shown. Live music is put on seven nights a week from 22.00 until midnight, with several musicians covering a whole range of pop hits and Irish favourites. There is also free internet access is available throughout the premises. The Irish Anvil is just next to the ferry port (to the right of the entrance to the port as you face the sea).

La Chalanita

La ChalanitaNewly opened and in a wonderful location with beautiful sea views, La Chalanita offers exciting dishes, such as white prawns from Huelva, smoked salmon from Uga, red tuna with glazed onions and soy sauce, roast baby lamb shoulder and a range of vegetarian dishes too. A speciality of the house are the flambé dishes, cooked right next to your table. Air conditioning throughout.

Almacen de Sal

Quality food served in what was once an old salt repository.  Signature dishes include roast cod with glazed onions and hake Basque style.  Particularly strong
on seafood.
