Property in Puerto Calero tends to exist at two extremes of the market in terms of price. At the top end are luxury villas and plots of land for sale, often costing in the millions. At the other there are small apartments in the marina and duplexes on nearby developments such as Marina Azul, at more affordable prices. This can make it difficult if your idea of your ideal Lanzarote property is an affordable three bedroom villa right by the sea - as this type of property doesnt really exist here unless you have some serious money to spend.
