This very pretty two bedroom detached bungalow is perfectly situated close to the Playa Chica beach in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. It is positioned within a few minutes walk of the new Fariones Sports Complex which boasts a fully equiped gymnasium, tennis and squash courts and large swimming pool set in very picturesque gardens.

It also enjoys open and covered terraces with spacious sunbathing and seating area, complete with a built in brick barbecue. The garden exudes a tropical flavour as it is well stocked with mature plants. It also affords a beautiful sea view and is less than three minute walk away from the beach.

The property has a very comfortable lounge with Satellite TV(no card)DVD player and open stone fireplace; the kitchen is well equipped complete with full gas cooker fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, iron and toaster; 2 twin bedrooms, one complete with en suite shower room; the other bedroom has Satellite TV; separate bathroom, complete with both bath and shower. Prices shown are based on four people sharing.
