Villa Montana is in the peaceful town of Tias. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps up to six people.
Villa Montana in Tias enjoys wonderful panoramic views of the sea and coastal area, thanks to the elevated position of the town. It is located in a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay with all facilities close at hand. Tias itself is well provided with a good range of restaurants, supermarkets stocking a full range of English foods and bars. Whilst the resort of Puerto del Carmen is only a five minute drive away. And the new golf course is just a few minutes drive from the villa.
The villa comprises three bedrooms, two with king size double beds and one with twin beds and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with all mod cons, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Satellite TV, a video and a DVD player are provided (with a library of tapes and DVDs available). A safety deposit box is also provided at no additional cost.
Externally, the garden has three south facing tiled patio areas to ensure guests can enjoy the great weather throughout their stay. Surrounding the heated pool is a spacious terrace area with sun-loungers, whilst the built-in barbecue makes al-fresco dining a must. Shady areas are also provided, with a covered dining area to the front of the villa. Maid service provided.
