A new season of classical concerts featuring the talents of Scottish pianist Murray McLachlan gets underway this month with an event at both Bodega Stratvs in La Geria and the Camel House in Macher on February 25th and 26th.

Murray McLachlan is the new artistic director of the Camel House. The Scottish pianist has achieved critical acclaim for his technical ability and interpretation of numerous pieces, including those of Shostakovich, Prokofiev and Beethoven.

McLachlan is particularly looking forward to performing at both venues, as he enjoys the opportunity to perform as a solo artist in a more intimate and personal environment, rather than the larger concert halls which can create distance between the audience and the musician.

The two concerts will feature works by Chopin, Schubert, Bach and Beethoven. Tickets for either concert cost €30 each and the concert begins on both evenings at 19.30, at the Bodega Stratvs on Friday 25th February and at the Camel House on Saturday 26th February.
