Three of Lanzarote´s most iconic attractions plan to woo romantics this coming Valentines Day with some specially created set menus.

At the Jameos del Agua couples can smooch their way through three courses, including a delicious looking desert of Milhojas, or thousand leaves, which is made with layers of puff pastry interspersed with three different types of chocolate and which is being served with rose water ice cream. This menu is available for both lunch and dinner on the 11th of February and lunch only on the 12th, priced at 32 euros per head.

Meanwhile, within the walls of the Castillo de San Jose in Arrecife, the QueMuac restaurant will be celebrating San Valentin from Feb 11th to the 14th with another special set menu spanning four courses, priced at 42 euros per head. Which will also be accompanied on the night of the 14th by a live DJ session.

Last but not least, hopelessly devoted diners can also make a date at the huge, César Manrique deisgned restaurant at the Monumento del Campesino, close to San Bartolome. Where romantically themed recipes such as ceviche of salmon with Canarian tomatoes, papaya and guacamole will be served up in stylish surroundings at lunchtime on the 11th, 12th and 14th of February. The special three course set menu here is priced at 28 euros per person.
