New Health Form Required For Lanzarote Tourists

Anyone visiting Lanzarote – and the rest of Spain – is now required to complete an FCS Health Form online in order to ensure admittance to the country on arrival.

The FCS Health Form is a new requirement, introduced from today, for all tourist arrivals in Spain. It can be accessed and completed online at the Spain Travel Health website, where visitors will also find more information about staying safe when visiting the country.

The form must be completed 48 hours prior to arrival. On completion, each applicant will be issued with a QR code which they will need to present on arrival as part of the screening process at Cesar Manrique Airport.

The form is simple to complete and is available in four different languages, including English. Applicants need to provide information such as their flight number, arrival date and email address. And are asked to sign a declaration that they are free of Coronavirus symptoms and that they have had no close contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid 19 during the last 14 days.
