England And Wales Announce Quarantine On Canary Island Arrivals
Tourists traveling back to England or Wales from the Canary Islands will be required to self-isolate for fourteen days, from 4am this Saturday 12th December…
Rising infection rates on larger islands such as Tenerife have resulted in all of the Canaries being added to the quarantine and self-isolation list of destinations by both the English and Welsh authorities. A move that is clearly going to disrupt the Christmas holiday travel plans of thousands of UK tourists.
Passengers who are able to provide a negative Covid 19 test on return to the UK will be able to reduce their self-isolation period from 14 days to five.
