Villa Ambar is a spacious, top quality villa, located in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones, yet within easy reach of the beach and resort facilities of Puerto del Carmen. It is decorated and furnished to an excellent standard and offers a good selection of facilities for you to enjoy during your holiday. The villa has air conditioning and heating throughout and is set in its own private grassed gardens surrounded by the traditional volcanic stone walls offering extra privacy.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms and comprises: Fully equipped white fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and all mod cons including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable lounge area with 37inch flat screen satellite television and DVD player, patio doors leading to terrace, pool and garden; separate dining area with table and chairs; second lounge/games area with flat screen TV, Wii, table tennis or pool table (depending on villa) and an exercise machine.
The rectangular shaped swimming pool (heated all year round) with steps is surrounded by a large open and covered terrace. There is a BBQ for making the most of al fresco dining and off street parking. Maid service is provided twice weekly.
