Large scale animated, animatronic dinosaurs come to life in a new exhibition opening in Arrecife on Saturday 22nd December…..

Dinosaur Tour will be staged under canvas in a giant 1500 square metre tent in the Recinto Ferial in the capital, featuring thirty full size replicas of prehistoric favourites such as T Rex, Triceratops and Diplodocus.

According to the event organisers “Visitors will be able to see the latest technological advances. The dinosaurs that we exhibit move and even breathe! It's in an authentic Jurassic Park".

The exhibition includes re-creations of natural dinosaur habitats, so adding more authenticity along with information about geological eras, theories on the extinction of dinosaurs and data on the recovery of their fossil remains.

The exhibition will be running through to January 6th and is open Monday to Friday from 17.00 to 21.00 and weekends and festive days from 11.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 21.00.
