Located in a charming old Canarian house, Bozena's restaurant combines Polish and Irish cuisine with excellent results. The intimate surroundings and lovely views over the old harbour provide the perfect backdrop for dining.
The menu runs from Stroganoff to Polish meatballs to fresh fish of the day and includes a range of vegetarian dishes. All the food is homemade, with generous portions the norm. With delicious homemade desserts to round off the meal. Due to its popularity, it is advisable to book a table after 19.30pm.

La Tegala (Macher)
Considered by many the leading restaurant in Lanzarote serving traditional Canarian cuisine with a twist, the stylish and modern surroundings of La Tegala complement the reinterpretation of local dishes.
Headed by chef Antonio Hernandez, the food is impeccably presented and accompanied by an excellent wine list. The extensive interior has been divided to offer a tapas bar area, the more formal dining room and two private rooms that can be hired for parties of up to twelve people each.

OK, so the location is probably better than the food. But there aren´t many places on Lanzarote where you can dine right on the beach. And that´s obviously important to a lot of tourists as this restaurant is always busy. Expect traditional no frills Spanish cooking.
